Prototype Contract Testing

Prototype testing is offered using Double and Single Sided Flying Probe test systems. The Flying Probe provides a quick, fixtureless and cost effective test solution.

In as little as 3 days, test programs can be developed and boards can be tested and shipped at substantially lower cost than relying on other test methodologies.

The following tests can be performed on the Flying Probe:

• Analog test

• Digital component test using:

• Power-off Junction diode open pin test

• Power-off Capacitive test open pin test

• Power-on Boundary Scan (JTAG) test

• In-system device programming using Boundary Scan

(Flash, PLD/CPLD and E2PROM)

• Memory test through Boundary Scan

To complement our in-circuit and Flying Probe test offerings, Acculogic provides volume board test and repair services on any of our in-house test platforms. All repairs are done in accordance with IPC standards by qualified and experienced technicians in our fully equipped ESD compliant Test Laboratories.
