Use feedback from others to help identify your strengths and weaknesses. Notice which experience motivate you and write them down. Seek an awareness of different personalities and cultures. Establish your values and underlying beliefs, which are significant in choosing a satisfying career.

As well as a specialist skills, many employers look for IT, time-management,communication, team-working and language skills together with general business awareness. A growing number also look for cross-cultural sensitivity.
