After the fitness assessment, test data is enteredinto our e-clublogic and e-physiologic software. Reports are generated which we use with the member in the consultation. You will be trained bystaff on how to use both systems.
The consultation usually occurs immediately after the assessment (time permitting) or scheduled forthe near future.

e-clublogic is part of our Motionsoft Club management Software. All of our electronic membership data is password protected. You will beassigned an id and password to access this system.
e-clublogic is where a new member is assigned their barcode id for entry and use of the Wellness Center. Information you will need to enter into the system is found on the assessment data sheet and includes:• First and Last Name• Gender• Barcode sticker number (from provided barcode sheets)• Birthday• Facility Address• Membership code (discussed shortly)• Membership type (which is “corporate individual”)
Barcode sticker will be given to the new member in the consultation and stuck on the back of their bp id badge or some other convenient item belonging tothe new member. Be sure to test log-in with the member before they leave. Be sure they understand that they need to log-in/scan-in each time they use the facility!

E-pysiologic is part of our Motionsoft software package.It is specifically for fitness assessment data. Information entered into this software also comes from the fitness assessment datasheet and includes:• Height and weight• Blood pressure and smoking habits• Skinfold values • Step test values• Push-up values• Sit and reach values

In the consultation we compare the member’s test values to the normative data charts for each test.
Consultations delivery between staff and new member can vary widely. Every new prospective member has different needs and interests when it comes to their health and fitness. Our job is to: • Be sure the new member understands their assessment results. The
results can be used to open a dialogue about what they want to work on.
• Give the member a chance to ask questions about the assessment. Remember you are the facilitator and want the member talk more than you.
• Listen to any concerns the member has about their health or fitness.• Help the member come up with a plan for using the Wellness Center
and to make lasting lifestyle changes (if that is what they seek).
