BLACK RIVER STABLES HOSTING SHOW II and III
Show Day Phone : (908)-284-0200 The arena at Black River is large, bright and inviting, with excellent sand/fabric footing and great show jumps. The riding area is 100’ X 250’ with an attached viewing area and a holding area in which to be with horses at ringside.
DIRECTIONS: 20 Boss Rd, Ringoes, NJ From the North: Rt 287 South toward Somerville. Take exit #17 onto Rt. 202 South towards Somerville/Flemington. Go 19.4 miles. Make a right at light onto Old York Rd/179S. Follow 179S 1.1 miles and turn right onto Boss Rd. Go 0.2 miles to Black River Farm From the South: Rt 295 North toward Trenton. Rt. 295 North becomes Rt. 95 South. Take exit #4 to Rt. 31 North. Bear right onto Pennington Rd (Rt. 31N) toward Pennington. Continue on Rt. 31N for approx. 10.5 miles. Before the overpass, bear right onto Rt 202/31 towards Flem-ington. Follow signs for 202S and exit to the right, then turn left onto Wertsville Rd and cross back over Rt 202. Stay straight until “T” and make a left onto Rt. 579S. Bear right onto 179S, make the first right onto Boss Rd to the farm on the right.
STABLING Permanent stabling will be offered. Stalls are in a permanent barn, with doors under permanent roof. Call Katie Benson at (908)-534-8833 for stabling reservations. Bedding must be used in occupied stalls. Bedding is available for purchase. No screws or nails may be used, and all staples must be removed before departure. Stall fees apply to tack, equipment and grooming stalls used. Manure is to be taken to designated areas only. Bedding requests must be made in advance. Layover stabling is available. FULL SHOW: $125.00 DAY STALLS: $35.00 for the daytime hours while showing OVERNIGHT: $75.00

Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Preliminary Level or above and Com-bined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Compe-titions and Endurance Rides provided the respective breed/discipline dues or breed/discipline category fee has been paid. A nonmember may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a $30 nonmember registration fee. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and qua-drille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions; 8) Opportunity classes; 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.

The top twelve horses will return for a second round. Entry into a Classic must be made before the start of the division. There must be 12 entries before the class begins for a Classic
to run. No scratches from the classic will be allowed once the division begins.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Pre-entries can be made by mail, phone, fax or email. Post entries will be accepted at $25.00 per horse. All walk-ins will be charged the post entry fee of $25.00. 2. Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rule book will be conducted and judged in accordance herewith. 3. All hunter classes will be judged on performance & soundness with emphasis on soundness & manners unless otherwise noted. 4. The All Seasons Horse Show, the All Seasons Horse Show Management, the Horse Show Committee or property owners will not be responsible for any accident, loss or damage which may occur to any horse, rider or equipment before, during or after the show. 5. Should any question arise that is not covered in the USEF Rule book the same shall be referenced to the Show Committee whose decision shall be final. 6. Failure to enter the ring within three minutes of being called will incur elimination. 7. All fees must be paid and entry complete before numbers can be issued. 8. The Committee reserves the right to cancel, combine, change location or add any class(es) or schooling deemed necessary. 9. Ties for first place will be jumped off, all others will remain tied receiving equal points, ribbons and prizemoney. 10. All riders must wear proper attire including proper headgear at all times mounted on the showgrounds. 11. All Model Classes will be given half points towards the Championship of the divi-sion, and all other classes of the division will receive full points. Prizemoney and Championships will be awarded at the conclusion of the division at the show office. 12. All pets must be leashed. 13. It is a condition of entry to the showgrounds that these rules and regulations be read, understood and accepted. 14. Jump orders will be constructed at the discretion of the show management by the steward. 15. A processing fee of $40.00 will be made for all non-negotiable checks. Any re-turned checks not "made good" within 10 days will be forwarded to the USEF for col-lection per USEF Rules. 16. ATTN EXHIBITORS: Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but no limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooter, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds of rec-ognized competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they care accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Rule 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. 17. Should the veterinarian on call be needed to complete permanent measurement of horses or ponies, then the appointed time for said measurements will be 10:00 a.m. on the first weekend day of the show. ALL ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE VETERI-NARIAN FOR MEASUREMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE THROUGH SHOW MANAGEMENT BY THE TUESDAY PRECEDING THE COMPETITION. Phone (908)-534-8833 for information and procedures. Day measurements will of course be available at any time throughout the show. 18. All trainers, owners, exhibitors, or their agents are to properly dispose of needles or other sharp disposable instruments in the available sharps containers or be subject to a $100 fine.
COMPETITION NUMBERS: 968, 1897, 969 and 737 The All Seasons Horse Shows are operated in accordance with the
current rules of the US Equestrian Federation of which body they are Regular Member Competitions.
All shows are rated "C" in Adult Amateur and Children's Hunters #968 and #737: Restricted to Juniors and Amateurs rated "A" in Junior,
Amateur-Owner 3'3", Amateur-Owner 3'6", Green Pony and Pony Hunter #1897 and #969: Rated "A" in Green Working Hunter, High Performance Hunter,
Junior, Amateur-Owner 3'3", Amateur-Owner 3'6", Green Pony Hunter and Pony Hunter
