• Allocation Category 2 subset–Report send to RC with paper site
information for Region–RCs sent back to National Office sites
slated to be converted to e-filing–This sheet will contain the number of
computers and printers needed for conversion

TaxWise Migration to Windows 7
• Inventory May 2010–583 computers below Specs meaning
they cannot be upgraded to Win 7–845 Laptops requiring memory
upgrades–An estimated 10,000 Windows 7
upgrade licenses will be needed.

Depot Computer 5% Reduction
• IRS planned 5% Depot computer reduction TY 2011–250 computer reduction for program

• Any additional funding this year used to cover portions of all three categories.–This will be determined based on how
much additional funding available–How many paper to e-file conversions
and equipment needed.–Besides the Depot 5% reduction this will
