    Casting processes: Centrifugal casting:

    Horizontal to 50 (1,270 mm) diameter, 240 (6,100 mm) length. Vertical to 180 (4,572 mm) diameter. Up to 34,000 lbs. (15,450 kg) cast weight.

    Static Sand casting: To 144 (3,660 mm) cube. Up to 30,000 lbs. (13,640 kg) cast weight.

    Investment casting: To 40 x 40 x 30 (1,016 mm x 1,016 mm x 762 mm) envelope. Up to 600 lbs. (273 kg) cast weight.

    Static HPLT casting: To 96 (2,438 mm) cube. To 14,500 lbs. (6,590 kg) cast weight.

    Continuous casting: Bar to 9 (220 mm), rectangle to 4.5 x 20 (114 mm x 508 mm). Up to 144 (3,660 mm) length.

    Other capabilities: Complete rough and finish machining. Large fabrication facilities. Argon Oxygen Decarburization refining. Heat treatment. Net-shaping and near net-shaping.
