Alloya’s mission is to support credit union success by simplifying your operational lives – and sometimes that means streamlining our back-office to make it easier to do business with us.
A few years ago, following mergers with CenCorp and SunCorp, we initiated consolidation efforts to integrate the disparate systems and simplify your relationship with Alloya. Now, our consolidation efforts continue as we integrate Alloya’s phone systems.
Starting November 15, members will have the choice of two phone numbers to contact Alloya.
Option 1: (800) 782-2431 This is Alloya's primary phone number. Use this number to say or dial by extension or department, including Alloya Investment Services.
Option 2: (800) 342-4328 This is Alloya's Member Services number. Use this number to contact our Member Services Department.
All other phone numbers you have previously used or currently use to contact Alloya will be deactivated, effective November 15.
