DESCRIPTION

Studebaker Land Company property report on page 6 it states that the East and West subdivision's are excluded from the $24.00 assesment. Reader is reminded that these subdivision's CCR's were recorded in 1966 and 1967!!!!!! Southwest Investment Co. Covenants and Restrictions were made on January 13th, 1977. I do not believe you can add covenants & restrictions upon existing CCR's without the consent of 100% of the existing property owners.
