Time flies when you’re having fun - this is our fifth year in a row holding the Spring PTO Fun Run fundraiser; a fun and healthy way to raise money for Alma Elementary Schools! No selling is involved, and about 90% of the profits will go to benefit our elementary schools through the PTO.

Follow these Simple Steps to Pledge Success!

1. Register your Child for our Fun Run by visiting getmovinfundhub.com. It’s free, easy, and fast to register! Use School Identifier 5c741755e6ca4

2. Friends and Family want to help your child be successful and share in their achievements. Use the student fundraising page to promote online pledge donations using the email & social media tools right on their page. Cash/checks and most credit/debit cards are accepted from anywhere in the world. It’s Easy!

3. Post on Facebook, Twitter and more! It’s two clicks of a button to post. The average parent has 300 FB friends. You’ll be surprised when donations come in from distant relatives, friends, and coworkers. Post and see what happens!

4. Watch the exciting progress from the school’s fundraising page or the PTO’s Facebook site. Check for progress updates on classroom, individual, and all-school goals.

• Early Pledge Due Date: Monday 4/15 • Fun Run Dates: Luce - Tuesday 4/23 AM (rain date is Thursday 4/25)

Hillcrest – Tuesday 4/23 PM (rain date is Thursday 4/25) Pine – Wednesday 4/24 PM (rain date is Friday 4/26)

• Final Pledge Due date: Final in-school donations will be collected on Friday 4/26, while online donations will be accepted through the weekend - however, only those posted by 10:00 pm on the 26th will go toward classroom goals.

• Pledges can be made by cash, check (make checks payable to Alma Elementary PTO) or online using a credit/debit card.

Individual Pledge Rewards All students are encouraged to reach their individual pledge goal of $50.00.

All Rewards below are cumulative based on the total amount raised by each student. • Register at getmovinfundraising.com and receive a 2019 Spring PTO Fun Run wristband • Raise $25 = Rainbow lanyard and your first monster key chain

• Raise $50 = iStep Pedometer • Raise $50 by the Early Pledge Due Date of 4/15,

receive your pedometer on the morning of the Fun Run (after 4/15, pedometers can’t be guaranteed by Fun Run date)

• Raise $100 = Ice Cream with the Principal o PLUS, be entered into a raffle* to win a Samsung tablet

• Raise $150 = Second entry into the Samsung tablet raffle

• Raise $200 = You earned a Party Bus Ride (date will be scheduled in May)

Go Above & Beyond – Raise $200 and Be a Pledge Superstar!

T.E.A.M Together, Everyone, Achieves, More!Students will receive wristbands in their classrooms as they register. All other students will receive their wristbands on the day of the Fun Run. Early-pledge-date pedometers will be passed out on the day of the Fun Run. Lanyards and monster clips will be distributed periodically throughout the fundraiser and all additional prizes will be distributed during the week of April 29th.

Receive a monster keychain for every $25 raised up to a total of 6 monsters @ $150! COLLECT ALL 6!!

Classroom Pledge Rewards

• Students in classrooms that reach their classroom goal will receive coupons for a free treat from Serendipity Frozen Custard & Doughnuts

Grade Level Rewards • The top fundraising classroom from each grade will be visited by Helcher’s Black Belt

Academy for an in-school martial arts lesson, PLUS the teachers of these classrooms will receive a $50 Walmart gift card!

• Meet your school fundraising goal and every student will celebrate by (Luce) taking part in a school-wide Fun Day, or (Hillcrest & Pine) duct-taping their principal to the wall!!
