MISSION

Alnu is a leading recycling facility that allows consumers to get tangible products from there recycled material. It gives individuals the initiative to help the environment and get something back in return. We are a leader when it comes to home furniture fabrication, committed to stainability and protecting our environment. Alnu uses post consumer waste to create furniture intended to last decades. We are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment by choosing materials, methods and processes that offer the least risk to our environment. As costumers accumulate credit by depositing there recyclable material at the facilities they can then start to purchase the modern furniture we have displayed in our show rooms which can be purchased online or at any of the branch stores.

100% of Alnu products are recycled materials directly from the consumer. It allows customers the ability to see the tangible benefits of recycling their material.

KNOW THE FACTS

Manufacturing with recycled materials, with very few exceptions, saves energy and water. It produces less air and water pollution than manufacturing with virgin materials.

Making a brand-new product without any recycled material causes natural resources to deplete in the manufacturing process. Paper uses wood pulp from trees, while the manufacture of plastics requires the use of fossil fuels like oil and natural gas. Making something from recycled materials means using fewer natural resources.

In the U.S., processing miner-als contributes almost half of all reported toxic emissions from industry, sending 1.5 million tons of pollution into the air and water each year. Recycling can signifi-cantly reduce these emissions.

This great opportunity allows consumers the ability to see first hand where their materials will go after they have been used. Once you sign up with us you will start to accumulate your recycled materials by bringing them into one of the many facilities across the country. You will drop the material off through

one of the depositing drive thru’s. A card will be given to you in the beginning of the process which you will use to swipe when you drop off the material. The amount you bring will then be added to your account and as you gain account credit you can then start to purchase the products throughout the store.
