ABC Colored Alphabet Flashcards

For best flashcard results, follow these steps:

1. Print the pages on white paper

2. Using a black pen or marker, outline the letters in each box (so that they stand out)

3. Cut out the four squares on each page

4. Put them into a laminating film (leave space between so that they will have a glued edge around them)

5. Laminate and cut them up, remembering to leave glued edge space around each card

6. Use them in your classroom

Just a few potential uses in your classroom:

Classroom warmer – “What letter is it?”

Phonics review – “A says…” “B says…”

Color review

Capitals/lowercase review – cover one side and ask “What is it?” Students answer: “small A!”

Classroom decoration

Play games at the board

Arrange the letters (in groups or whole class)

Gets students ready to sing ABC song
