Bibs withdrawal will take place on Friday 9th

of july at AlpsMan Village from 14h to 19h with

your ID card.

Deposit : An ID card, a sport licence or an

80€ cheque for the timing transponders

If you have not provided a supporting document

when you made your inscription (sport licence or

medical clearance for competitive triathlon), you

shall provide one at the registration.

If you are not able to provide one of that

supporting document, you will NOT ALLOWED to

collect your bib number and to compete.

BIB

A valid ID card is mandatory for the collect of your

bib.

The bib must be visible all the race long. It must

be placed on the back during the bike part and on

the front during the running.

SWIMMING SUIT

If the water temperature is under 16°C on the race

day, a full body swimming suit will be

mandatory.

If the water temperature is up 24°C, it will be ban.

SWIM CAP

Mandatory for the swim part. Supplied by

organization

HELMET

Wearing a race helmet well adjusted and

secured is mandatory from the Bike Park until the

end of the bike part.

HEADLAMP

Wearing a headlamp is mandatory from 20h, for

any final running route.

You will receive an envelope with all the official documents :

- 1 TYVEK identification bracelet, you will have to wear it and keep it

necessarily all the week-end (it will be your meal access for the

Pasta Party on Friday and the lunch on Sunday)

- 1 transponder,

- 1 bib,

- 2 tatoos : one for the left shoulder, one for the feeding areas

- 1 sheet of stickers,

- 6 bags for your belongings for the personnal feeding areas

- 1 voucher (Pasta Party and Sunday lunch) if you have bought one

when you made your inscription

Before the race

On the morning you shall position yourself your transition bags T1 and T2.

T1 bag shall be placed on the zone into the water exit and the cloakroom, at the

exact location according to your bib number.

T2 bag shall be placed next to your bike into the Bike Park.

Swim end

On your way to the changing rooms, you

shall pick up your bag T1 where you have

left it on before the race.

When you will be changed, you shall let your

bag T1 next to your bike at the Bike Park.

After bike part

You could find your bag T2 next to your bike

at the Bike Parc.

When you will be changed, you could let it

into the cloakroom tent. A volunteer will

replace it at its location into the Bike Park.

The Athlete Supporter is authorized for the final ascent to Semnoz but not obligatory. It must be designated at registration

and provide the following information: name, first name, date of birth (min. 20 years), telephone number, email, medical

certificate of no contraindication to the practice of running in competition or competition license FFA, FFTRI, FFCO.

The designated Athlete Supporter will be identified by an accompanying number of

the athlete he will be following. Race number at the front.

The Athlete Supporter is not allowed to run in front of the participant in

competition, only on the side or behind without providing physical assistance. The

accompanying person is present for the safety of his athlete and must be

physically able to perform this event.

Semnoz Athlete Supporter

A colorful bracelet will be given at every

runners who will pass to the « Tournant »

before 17h30. It shall be wore at the left

wrist.

A TYVEK identification bracelet will be given to

you. You will have to wear it at the right wrist

and keep it necessarily all the week-end. It will

be your meal access for the Pasta Party on

Friday and the lunch on Sunday.

« Top Finishers » ranking : finish line at the

top of the Semnoz.

Prize money will be awarded only to the

« Top Finishers » during the formal ceremony

on Sunday 10th. If riders are not present,

they will not receive their bounties.

« Lake Finishers » ranking : finish line at St

Jorioz event village.

It won’t be open on Sunday.

There will be a refreshement bar at the

AlpsMan Village.

An after race meal will be organized on

Sunday 10th at the event village.

go through inside the couples of white blocs.

: Wearing a race helmet well adjusted and

secured from the Bike Park until the end of the

bike part. Ride on the bike after the arch.

: No waste thrown out of the feeding areas,

riders who not respect that will be disqualified.

Respect for the highway code, roads will be

opened. No external personal assistance allowed.

Bib on the back. Drafting not allowed. (« stop and

go » penalty of 5min).

: Wearing a race helmet well adjusted and

secured until you leave your bike at the Bike Park.

Ride off the bike befor the Compressport arch.

: No waste thrown out of the feeding

areas, riders who not respect that will be

disqualified. Personal external assistance is not

allowed (except Semnoz Athlete Supporter).
