Before you even think about a tile colour or door handle, your land must be prepped to build upon and supported with key services and systems.

• Your earthworks include a maximum of 500mm fall over the building platform, made up of 250mm equal cut/fi ll. Anything required beyond that (as recommended by your professional site inspection) is then assessed on an individual basis.
