Project Description The GEEMD is conducting an Alternatives Analysis study to examine an urban circulator to link the East End community with the METRORail East End line and various destinations in the area, as well as strengthen community businesses with improved access and mobility. The project consists of identifying the best circulator alignment and confirming a chosen transportation mode, developing a viable capital and operations financial plan and engaging the public for input and support.
As a sub-consultant to HDR, Knudson is assisting in Public Engagement, Agency Coordination, Alternative Analysis and Funding Opportunities. As project manager, Angela’s project tasks include identifying the purpose and needs of the project, identifying alternative alignments, drafting the alternative analysis, public involvement and agency coordination.
