practices of the duration of the congress week. Congress delegates who are staying at the following accommodation suppliers, are encouraged to adopt this policy for the duration of their stay.

All produce is bought locally, only some dry stuff from Cape Town who delivers to many places in the area. The hotel also have own fruit trees - granadilla and figs (now in season). All others are bought from a farm in Stellenbosch. The fruit juices we use are from the same farm (BLUE JAY) and is preservative free. Eggs are organic

N/A The hotel has solar geysers and heat pumps to save electricity. We also use energy saving bulbs.

The hotel propagates the ‘Save our Planet’ message to guests and the community.
