Alternative Way to Upload PowerPoint Presentations to Collaborate This alternative way of uploading presentations into Collaborate works for the following situations: If you have a .ppt or .pptx and you get error messages when trying to upload it into Collaborate (follow from step 2) If you have a keynote file (.key) – Collaborate does not support that yet (follow from step 1) Step 1: Open your slides in keynote and save it as a .ppt file Step 2: Now open your slides in Microsoft office PowerPoint and save it as a .jpg file. Step 1: Open your slides in keynote and save it as a .ppt file

Step 2: Now open your slides in Microsoft office PowerPoint and save it as a .jpg file. It will automatically create a folder with each slide as a .jpeg image.

Alternative Way to Upload PowerPoint Presentations to Collaborate

Step 3: Lunch your Collaborate classroom and click on load content at the top right corner. Search for your folder and open it. Then select all the slides by clicking on the first one and hold the shift key down and click on the last one. Then click on open.

Step 4: There would be a pop up message. Make sure you choose “import images as individual pages” and click load. It should take less than couple of minutes to upload the images.
