Transport & Logistics – Meat & Livestock Australia
MLA are developing Livestock Data Link (LDL) to allow abattoirs and producers to see details about animals they have processed or produced through a web front-end. Through LDL, users can accurately measure the cost of non-compliance. Altis is assisting with integrating the data from multiple sources for use by the LDL system.
Utilities – A leading Water Retailer
Altis built an integrated solution that provided timely access to debtors position on a daily basis. This allowed for the credit management team to better target collection activities based on age, size of debt, customer profiles and geography. This improved efficiency in reduction of 90 day debt via the embedding of analytical insights into business processes.
Transport & Logistics – Qantas Freight
Altis provided the ability to sell freight in advance by giving analysts more time to assess future bookings which optimised capacity utilisation. Reporting timeframes reduced from 1 week to 30 minutes. The key to success on this project was the innovative use of a graphics and animation tool in combination with the data warehouse data.
