PERSPEKTIVEN FÜR IDEENSCOPE FOR IDEAS

Wegen ihres niedrigen spezifischen Gewichtesund ihrer guten mechanischen Eigenschaftenwerden Aluminiumlegierungen im Feingieß-verfahren vielseitig eingesetzt. Besonderswirtschaftlich lassen sich Aluminiumfeinguss-teile mit der Standardlegierung G-AlSi7Mgherstellen. Diese ist in vielen Industrieländerngenormt. Sie ist druckdicht, unempfindlichgegen Spannungsrisskorrosion, seewasser-beständig, anodisch oxidierbar und lässt sichsehr gut bearbeiten. Durch geeignete Ferti-gungsmaßnahmen werden hohe Festigkeitenbei komplizierten Gussteilkonstruktionenerreicht.

Die Legierung G-AlSi7Mg ist eine Hütten-legierung mit sehr guten Gieß- und Korro-sionseigenschaften. Sie ist farblos oder farbigund für technische Zwecke auch schwarzanodisierbar. Sie lässt sich sehr gut schweißenund gut polieren. Bei Gussteilen mit sehr hoherstatischer und dynamischer Beanspruchungempfehlen wir die Verarbeitung im SOPHIA®-Verfahren.

Due to the low specific weight and theirgood mechanical properties aluminiumalloys are used for investment castings formany applications. A good standard alumi-nium alloy for the economic production ofinvestment castings is the G-AlSi7Mg. Thisalloy is pressure-tight, insensitive to stresscorrosion cracking, resistant to sea waterand has a very good machinability. Usingspecific production methods high mechani-cal properties can be achieved even incomplex cast designs.

The alloy G-AlSi7Mg is an alloy with verygood casting and corrosion properties. It istransparent or coloured and for technicalpurposes even black anodizable. It is veryqualified for welding and polishing. Forcastings with very high static and dynamicstress requirements we recommend theapplication of the SOPHIA®-process.

Neben Elektronik-boxen und Motorgehäusen kommen z.B. Struk-turteile und Rohrstrukturen in den verschieden-sten Bereichen des Flugzeuges zum Einsatz.
