Introduction
Alumni of the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" is an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization)
that enables the connection of graduate students with each other and with the University.
The Alumni Office is set up around the University and includes graduates of all ages. Through this

The purpose of the research
The purpose of this research is to identify possible problems of graduate students at the University
of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani". It also tries to understand the implementation of curricula, whether
they are in correspondence and whether they prepare the student for the labor market. From this
research we have managed to derive values for the employment of graduates, employment,
programs do they correspond to market demands, etc.
These data from this evaluation will serve the academic, administrative staff and management of
UGJFA to reflect on the planning of future programs to be as close as possible to the labor market.
Evaluation methodology
The questionnaire is built with 5 categories, with questions and most of the questions are
optional. The questionnaire was prepared in Google Forms and access for completion was very
easy by the respondents. The questionnaire had a total of 13 questions.
Questionnaire distribution methodology
The questionnaire was formulated in Google Forms and is placed on the ALUMNI facebook
page, a page which is at the service of graduate students. Students responded to it as they wished.
Questionnaire analysis methodology
The analysis of the questionnaires will be done in several stages:
• General phase of preparing the questionnaire;
• Intermediate phase, keeping (completing) the questionnaires;
• Final stage, data analysis.

• Employment
• UGJFA programs, and
• Student comments

4. UGJFA Study Programs The University of Gjakova has included in its study programs pedagogical practices as
compulsory subjects for students.
4.1 Does the knowledge gained by UGJFA help in employment?
In this question the graduate students were asked if they think that their knowledge gained from
the programs at UGJFA has helped you to be employed.
From table 10 to the question whether do you think that the knowledge gained from the programs
at UGJFA has helped them to be employed, 29 (72.5%) graduate students answered "Yes". While
11 (27.5%) of graduate students answered "No".
So, with the data of this table we notice that the knowledge gained from UGJFA programs help
students in their employment.
4.2 UGJFA study programs meet the demands of the labor market

in line with the labor market. The number of students who answered "Yes" was 30 (75%) of them.
While 10 (25%) of graduate students answered "No".
From these results we see that UGJFA programs comply with market demands and UGJFA
prepares staff for the labor market.
4.3 The internships they carry out during their Bachelor studies help them secure a job
In the question posed to the graduate students, whether the obligatory practices they have during
their Bachelor studies, have helped them in recognizing and securing the job.
From table 12 we can extract data from the question posed to graduate students, that from the
practical work they did during their Bachelor studies, did it help you to know and secure the job,
25 (62.5%) of graduate students answered “Yes”, while 15 (37.5%) of graduate students answered
“No”.
So professional practice turns out to be a very profitable thing for students during their studies,
because in these cases they get acquainted with the jobs and of course they find them after
graduation easier.

Conclusion
40 graduate students were included in this questionnaire. The choice was made at random.
The questionnaire was posted on ALUMNI's Facebook page and was developed on Google Forms.
From the demographic data we have noticed that in this questionnaire more female
graduate students answered.
In the Graduation section: the largest number of students included in this questionnaire
were students who had graduated at the bachelor level. The students included were from the three
faculties, but the largest number of them was from the Faculty of Education. Also from these data
we notice that most of the graduate students included in the questionnaire are from the Primary
Program.
In the section "Employment" students are asked to answer about their employment, place
of work, in which sector they are employed, etc. From this we understood that during the time
when they graduated these respondents were not employed. From their employments we notice
that most of them are employed, although some with temporary or temporary work. It is also seen
that UGJFA students can find work in the fields in which they graduate in UGJFA. From here it
can be seen that our students are involved in various sectors for employment both the public and
the private sector. The students also reported data on the economic sector which includes UGJFA
graduate students.
In the section "Professional internships", the University of Gjakova has included in its
study programs pedagogical internships as compulsory subjects for students. So, with the extracted
data we notice that the knowledge gained from the UGJFA programs helps the students in their
employment. From these results we see that UGJFA programs comply with market demands and
UGJFA prepares staff for the labor market. So, professional practice turns out to be a very
profitable thing for students during their studies, because in these cases they get acquainted with
the jobs and of course they find them after graduation more easily.
In the "Student Comments" section, they are given the opportunity to express their
opinions. The positive comments given by the graduate students are an incentive to work even
harder, to enable them to find and facilitate their entry into the labor market.
