Purpose This document describes the Mycab booking process flow as integrated with Amadeus Selling Platform.

How to access Mycab®

Mycab® booking service will be available through selling platform. Before launching the Mycab®, selling

platform user must have created a PNR.

Selling platform user will launch Mycab from clicking smart tab, presented on command page. Mycab®

booking page will be displayed.

Mycab Product Mycab® offer the three types of products, Mycab® flight transfer, Mycab® train transfer and Mycab® Pick

& drop to match your traveling needs. Product selection will be prepopulated with relevant information

as extracted from PNR. User can make the selection and request for available inventory.

How to book Mycab® Flight Transfer Mycab® Flight Transfer caters to your need of any airport transfer (departure or arrival). By default, it

will be selected and displayed as following

1. Transfer type

Type of the taxi transfer required. By default it will be Taxi to airport (Flight departure case).

However, user can make the selection as Taxi from airport (Flight arrival case) as required.

2. Flight Selection

In case the PNR contains the flight segment, system will populate the flight list with airport

details with respect to transfer types. In case of taxi to airport, it will be flights with departure

airport details. And, Taxi from airport cases will hold the flights with arrival airport details.

3. Traveller

It holds the number of intended traveler. By default it will be set as retrieve from PNR. However,

user will able to set as require

4. Pickup/Destination

System will allow to search the require pickup (flight departure) or destination (flight arrival)

address/location.

5. Quote

Upon clicking quote button, system will display the inventory page.

Manual flight indication In case the PNR doesn’t contain the flight segment, system will allow user indicate the flight by providing

the flight departure date and number.

How to book Mycab® Train Transfer Mycab® train transfer caters to your need of any train station transfer (departure or arrival). By default,

it will be selected and displayed as following

1. Pickup date and time

User will indicate the desire Pickup date and time of travel. Alternatively, user can indicate the

desire destination/drop time. in this case, system will automatically calculate the pickup time.

2. Traveler

It holds the number of intended traveler. By default it will be set as 1. However, user will able to

set as require

booking route accordingly.

How to book Mycab® Pick & Drop Mycab® Pick & drop caters to your travelling need for the desire locations and time. You can select the

product by clicking Mycab® Pick & drop tab. It contain the following

Inventory Page Mycab inventory page will display the available vehicles against the requested booking, as following

1. Vehicle Selection

User can make selection(s) of desire vehicles by clicking the cart icon.

2. Check out

Once the user is done booking. Upon clicking checkout, system will display the payment page

Payment page Once Checkout, next step is payment processing as following.

1. Traveller info

Traveller info will be read from the PNR and prepopulated on this page. However, user can

change the info as require.

2. Form of Payment

System will present the list of FOP, as associated with loaded profile. User can make the desire

selection. Similarly, administrative information will be displayed as require for the selected FOP.

3. Pay and confirm

Upon clicking the Pay and confirm button, Mycab will confirm the booking and display the

confirmation page. At this stage, Mycab will also add the taxi segment (MIS and RM lines) in the

PNR.

Confirmation Page Mycab confirmation page will display the list of booking, as currently created for user. Upon clicking the

command button, system will display the PNR with updated RM line of Mycab taxi journey.

How to cancel Mycab Booking Mycab will allow users to cancel the existing booking. It process flow will be as following

1. Display booking(s) of current PNR

Upon launching, Mycab will retrieves the booking against the current PNR. Upon clicking the

cancel booking tab, Mycab will display these reservations (order) and its respective bookings.

There can by multiple reservations for same PNR.

2. Allow Booking Cancellation

Upon clicking the cancel button, Mycab will process the booking cancellation upon confirmation.

3. Update MIS-RM

Upon successful cancellation, system will also process the removal of taxi segment from PNR.
