How often do we visit your home?

The number of visits will depend on the AYP plan you choose and your specifi c, tailored schedule, devised by your pest control technician.

There will be a minimum of three (3) visits over the entire year.

All Year Protection (AYP) encompasses pest eradication and ongoing maintenance for your home, fi nally bringing you year-long peace of mind.

How does it work?

AYP is a continuous service program, where we visit your home for an initial set up and come back for scheduled services throughout the year.

The frequency of servicing will depend on your selected programme, tailored to suit your requirements via consultation between you and your plan manager.

There are 3 main elements in AYP:

• Initial Home Visit

• We visit your home, do a thorough inspection, and together we will devise your service program.

• We will conduct a full timber pest inspection (on your property for termites and other timber pests) and provide you with a comprehensive written report.

• Scheduled Service Visits

• During the year we will visit your home to your agreed plan schedule.

• These visits will review the eff ectiveness of treatments, top up or re-treat where required, and provide ongoing advice as well as a written report on how the program is going.

• If any included pests become an issue (eg: rodents return during winter), we will return to your property and treat until the pest issue has been resolved.

• Annual Renewal Visits

While some elements of the program will simply require monitoring and maintenance, some, including full timber pest inspections, will be carried out every year.

We can do this through our planned treatment schedule, which is specifi cally tailored to suit your home. AYP PlatinumWhile AYP Gold coverage will be enough for almost all home situations, you can upgrade your coverage to include even more pests by choosing the AYP Platinum program. AYP Platinum includes all of the pests from the AYP Gold program, but adds these treatments:

*1 - Termite inspection includes 1 complete, annual timber pest inspection, which is fully compliant with the AS4349.3 standard. If the inspection reveals timber pests, treatment of these pests will incur additional fees, at a discounted rate. Any repairs required to fi x damage is not covered.

*2 - Bird removal involves transporting nesting birds and removal of nests where these birds and their nesting habits are causing a pest issue.
