On behalf of our Children's Ministry, I would like to thank the Laurel congrega-tion for everything you did to help make our Polar Blast VBS happen. While the three of us (Rachel Doty, Jen Smith, and I) did a ton of planning and preparation, it took dozens and dozens of you to make it happen! It was a joy to watch you all in action as you touched the lives of over 120 children in Jesus' name.

While I could never name you all person-ally, as I would surely forget some names,

I would like to say a special thank you to the following, who went above and be-yond: Jen Smith, Mark Reese, Cade Bell, Mike & Will Taylor, Marcus Cathey, and the LYF group team who made each opening and closing something to re-member; Cheryl Nehls and family for the spectacular hand-painted polar backdrop on stage; Betsy Palk and her team who made registration run as smoothly as pos-sible; Erin Morrison for sharing her gift of photography; Robin Smith, Jennifer Ray, Kathy Romines, Jana Thomas, Sue Poyet,

Nikki King, Amy Tomlinson, Pat Williams, Brittany Horn, Ty, Roberts, Kimberlin Johnson, Shelley Newby, Becky Volk, and a whole slew of awesome LYF kids who helped lead our fun and meaningful ses-sions; the dedicated 40+ adults and LYF kids who served as crew guides and got to know the children as they led them through their activities; Greg Bell for de-signing our cool t-shirts; Rachel Tunnell and Dave Smith for helping make the buidling accomodations we needed; Kelly Pryor, Rachel Doty and the many others who volunteered their time to create and donate awesome decorations and put them up throughout the building; Amy & Ava Carter, Desiree Munn, and Sherri Guyette for ensuring we all had enough snacks and drinks to keep us going; Caroline Pryor and Laurel Smith for keep-ing our staff nursery; Mike Buckley and Larry Ray for providing security; and final-ly, the Laurel elders and staff for your prayer, support, and encouragement and the budget to accomplish it all. Together, we put it all together for the glory of God.

What is IF:TABLE? A place to gather women, share a simple meal and dive deep over real stories and Christ centered conver-sations. A time for laughter and may-be a few tears –time spent that leaves us with glad hearts. Full hearts. Grateful hearts. Once a month for 4 to 6 women.

Please pray for the 12 IF: TABLE groups meeting this summer. The next session is planned for this fall.
