Locally produced by local people for local people - As someone who was born

and bred in this area I am proud of my roots and proud to be one of the people that makes up

one of the honest, hard-working and caring communities in Amber Valley and Bolsover. I

started the ‘Voice’ magazines because I recognised there was a need for local people to have

a place to advertise their businesses, community groups and charities at an affordable price.

It is my passion for promoting the local area that is woven into each magazine and it is this

passion that has lead to us growing from a single magazine with a distribution of 2,500

homes to three magazines each being delivered to 3,500 homes each month in just two and a

half years. We know from our readers feedback that the ‘Voice’ magazines are often read

cover to cover because of the strong mixture of content in their local vicinity and advertising

of local business that they can trust. Promoting ‘buy local’ works! Just ask our advertisers,

Riddings, Leabrooks & Somercotes, Alfreton and surrounding villages (including
