GRAFITYP offer two types of hard squeegee, “SPATEL” and “SPAVELC”. They are very useful for moulding vinyl into tight angles and finishing edges. These hard squee-gees are best suited for use on flat areas. To avoid dama-ge or scratches to the surface of the vinyl it is best to use a hard squeegee with velcro strip.

GRAFITYP’s compressed felt squeegees “VILT8” and “VILT13” are suitable for Cast application and vehicle wrapping due to their ability to get into the curves of the vehicle. It is best to have felt squeegees of varying thicknesses. Generally VILT13 is used for standard vinyl applications and VILT8 is used for vehicle wrapping.

GRAFITYP GRAFIWRAP TRAINING

The first training module (a two day ba-sic training) is meant for future wrappers who don’t have any experience with self adhesive films at all. They learn the prin-ciples of self adhesive films and the sur-faces that they can be applied on. During the practical part of the training they learn how to apply lines, texts, logos, prints and Automotive & Deco films on even surfaces.

The second trainig module (a two day full wrap training) teaches the partici-pants how to wrap a vehicle. Tips and tricks for a perfect car wrap are given during various practical exercises. The training is organized every month.

Grafityp are offering three training modules to teach future wrappers how to apply the Grafi-Wrap Automotive & Deco films.

The third training module (a refresh day) helps wrappers to keep up to date with the latest techniques and materials, and how to use them.
