Today’s Panelists Shawn Ram, Director, National Technology Practice Leader, Aon

Risk Solutions Role Shawn Ram is Aon’s National Technology Practice Leader. In this capacity, he is responsible for the brokerage, product development, and service of Aon’s Technology customers nationally. Shawn works with subsegments of Technology to address exposures and insurance solutions for the full suite of Aon services including: Technology Errors and Omissions, Network and Cyber Risk, Privacy, Directors and Officers liability and Intellectual Property. He is also the leader of Aon’s Silicon Valley Technology operation. Experience Shawn works with a variety of middle market and Fortune 100 Technology firms assisting

them with their risk financing needs including risk program design, risk quantification and analysis, and placement strategies. He has had leadership responsibilities in account management, growth, and product development for the Technology Practice. Shawn has managed client relationships for Fortune 100 and middle market clients for over a decade. He is a frequent speaker at industry events on Technology risk-related topics such as cyber liability, patent infringement, and cloud computing. Education/Service Shawn earned his B.A. with leadership distinction from Brigham Young University. He is actively involved in the technological community in Silicon Valley including the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, the Founders Institute and the Churchill Club.

Role Scott is a member of Aon’s Professional Risk Solutions team and focuses exclusively on Errors Omissions coverage – including Professional Liability, Privacy/Cyberliability, and Intellectual Property. His areas of expertise include policy design and customization, client and vendor contract review, and M&A due diligence. Clients Scott works with clients in all industry sectors including, Xerox/ACS, NASDAQ/OMX, ABB, CACI International, McGraw Hill and TransUnion. Experience Scott recently returned to Aon after completing his J.D. and M.B.A. from Northwestern. Previously, he spent 6 years on the Professional Risk Solutions team in the Chicago Aon office. Scott also has industry experience from internships at TransUnion LLC, Accretive LLC (New York based VC firm) and in Morgan Stanley’s wealth management group. Education/Service He earned his B.S. from Case Western Reserve University in 2002, his M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management in 2011, and his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law in 2011. Scott is a member of the New York Bar and is a 2012 Risk & Insurance Power Broker – “Under 40.”

Today’s Panelists Ed Jaehne, Chief Strategy Officer, KEYW Edwin M. Jaehne joined KEYW Corporation in June 2009 as the Chief Strategy Officer. As Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Jaehne is focused on innovation and the strategic growth of KEYW, expanding on existing technology and capabilities, and in communicating KEYW’s strategy, capabilities, and value to all stakeholders. He has served as KEYW’s Investor Relations Officer, working closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure effective communications with the investment community. Most recently, he is leading the launch of a new commercial venture for KEYW, focused on delivering a next generation of cybersecurity and awareness platform to critical infrastructure enterprises. Prior to joining KEYW, Mr. Jaehne served as Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Essex Corporation, from 2003-2009. He is a veteran entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience as an executive of cybersecurity companies. He is experienced in creating rapid growth companies as well as in the strategic acquisition and merger of companies to form strong solutions focused companies in both the communications and government markets. From 2000 until 2003 he operated a consulting sole proprietorship providing services to clients, including Essex. From 1996 until 2000 he served as either President or Chief Operating Officer of several cybersecurity technology companies, where he led several successful mergers and acquisitions.
