AMERICA BEGINNING TO SPEAK LIKE

A DRAGON

INTRODUCTION

In Bible prophecy we are told that the lamblike beast will speak as a dragon. This beast power represents the United States of America that has a lamblike religion and government. The dragon is Satan the devil, and his voice always speaks pantheism and anti-rights sentiments. When America begins to speak like a dragon, its chief religion, Protestantism, will no longer protest against sin, which is lamblike, but will embrace pantheistic spiritual-ism. Lamblike government is Jeffersonian Republican-ism as it is called today; but when the USA begins to speak as a dragon in its governmental philosophy it will no longer regard the Rights and Freedoms of man as inalienable and inviolable, but as originating in creation and thus subject to human management and restrictions. This booklet does not deal with Protestantism beginning to speak like the dragon, it strictly deals only with the governmental aspect as it begins to speak like a dragon. This book explains the piecemeal breakdown of laws that were instituted to protect Rights and Freedoms, and their gradual replacement with legislation that subtly attack Rights and Freedoms. The unprecedented pace at which this is taking place to prepare the legal grounds to persecute God’s remnant people when miracles shall be wrought to influence the government to legislate religion and religious practices is explained in this booklet. This is only part of the picture, but it is enough to cause us to shudder and seek preparation for the coming of Jesus. Amen.

AMERICA, BEGINNING TO SPEAK LIKE A

DRAGON 1. The beast of the following Scripture is the United

States of America because it arises to nationhood after the beast before it was wounded, which

occurred in 1798. Revelation 13:11,12,14. 2. The two horns like a lamb displayed by the U.S.A.

are the horns of Religion and Government. Revelation 13:11. a. Lamblike religion is Protestantism the religion

of Jesus the Lamb. (John 1:29; Matthew 23:13-24).

b. Lamblike Government is Republicanism the

government that doesn’t adversely affect relig-ion, but allows God to work. Matthew 22:21

3. But Protestant and Republican America will speak

as a dragon. The dragon is Satan the devil. (Revelation 13:11; Revelation 12:9).

4. The voice of the dragon, Satan attacks the three

fundamental Rights of man. 1. The Religious Liberty Rights is attacked. Matthew 4:8-10. 2. The Right to Life attacked. Matthew 4:5,6. 3. The Right to Private Property attacked. Matthew 4:3.

5. And indeed the United States of America will speak like Satan and transgress the Rights of man.

Revelation 13:11. 1. The Religious Liberty Right is attacked. Revelation 13:12. 2. The Right to life is attacked. Revelation 13:15. 3. The Right of Private Property is attacked. Revelation 13:17. 6. Thus the Republican horn becomes Communism by

being anti-Rights, this is done by the American legislature, Congress, altering the Republican laws of

the U.S. Constitution. Revelation 13:15-17. 7. Recent laws signed into legislation by Congress and

the President of the U.S.A. have begin to cause America to speak like a dragon, or like the anti-Rights voice of Satan. (Revelation 13:11; Revelation 12:9). These laws are:

a. The Military Commissions Act of 2006. b. The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of

2007. c. The Security and Prosperity Partnership of

North America. 8. What pro-Rights Mechanisms have been affected by

the above mentioned Bills? a. The Habeas Corpus Writ. b. The Posse Comitatus Act. c. The Insurrection Act. 9. First, let us understand what is Habeas Corpus. We

are told: “Habeas corpus (Latin: [we command] that you have the body) is the name of a legal action, or writ,

through which a person can seek relief from unlaw-ful detention of himself or another person. The writ of habeas corpus has historically been an important instrument for the safeguard of individual freedom against arbitrary state action. Also known as “The Great Writ,” a writ of habeas corpus and subjicien-dum is a summons with the force of a court order addressed to the custodian (such as a prison official) demanding that a prisoner be brought before the court, together with proof of authority, allowing

the court to determine whether that custodian has lawful authority to hold that person, or, if not, the person should be released from custody. The pris-oner, or another person on his behalf (for example, where the prisoner is being held incommunicado), may petition the court or an individual judge for a writ of Habeas corpus.” Wickipedia, Habeas corpus, p. 1.

10. Concerning Habeas Corpus Alexander Hamilton

said: “The establishment of the writ of habeas corpus, the prohibition of ex post facto laws … are perhaps

greater securities to liberty and republicanism than any [the Constitution] contains.” Alexander Hamil-ton, Federalist Paper No. 84.

a. Thus the Habeas Corpus is meant to save us from

unlawful and indefinite detention by the State.

11. Next, we need to understand the Posse Comitatus Act. Of this we are told:

“The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal

law (18 U.S.C. 1385) passed on June 16, 1878 after the end of Reconstruction. The Act prohibits most members of the federal uniformed services (the Army, Air Force, and State National Guard Force when such are called into federal service) from

exercising nominally state law enforcement police or peace officer powers that maintain “law and order” on non-federal property (states, their counties

and municipal divisions) in the former Confederate states. The statue generally prohibits federal

military personnel and units of the United States National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the

Constitution or Congress. The coast Guard is exempt from the Posse Comitatus Act.” Wickipedia, Posse Comitatus Act, p. 1.

12. We are told what benefits citizens gain from the

Posse Comitatus Act. “The Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act

substantially limit the powers of the federal govern-ment to use the military for law enforcement.” Ibid, p. 1.

13. We now need to understand the Insurrection Act.

Of this we are told: “The Insurrection Act of 1807 is the set of laws that govern the President of the United States of

America’s ability to deploy troops within the United States to put down lawlessness, insurrection and

rebellion. The laws are chiefly contained in 10 U.S.C. 331-10 U.S.C 335. The general aim is to limit Presidential power as much as possible, relying on state and local governments for initial response in the event of insurrection.” Wikipedia, Insurrection Act, p. 1.

14. Thus we can see this Act limits and prevents the

President from becoming a dictator with a military force at his command to use against his country.

“Coupled with the Posse Comitatus Act, Presidential

powers for law enforcement are limited and delayed.” Ibid, p. 1. 15. We can now deal with the Military Commissions Act 2006. The Bill is very extensive, but we can see

what is wrong with such an Act. We are told: “In the final hours before adjourning in 2006, Congress passed and the president signed the Military Commissions Act (MCA). In doing so, they cast aside the constitution and the principle of habeas corpus, which protects against unlawful

and indefinite imprisonment. They also gave the president absolute power to designate enemy

combatants, and to set his own definitions of torture … Habeas corpus isn’t a fancy legal term. It’s the freedom from being thrown in prison illegally, with no help and no end in sight. No president should ever be given the power to call someone an enemy, wave his hand, and lock them away indefinitely. The Founders made the president subject to the rule

of law. They rejected dungeons and chose due process. We all know the difference between fair-

ness and persecution. If we do not act immediately to fix the Military commissions Act and restore our constitutional rights, basic protections like habeas corpus could be lost forever, and our country would become unrecognizable. What’s wrong with the Military Commissions Act: Undermines the constitu-tion and the rule of law, makes the president both judge and jury, rejects core American values.”

Military Commissions Act, p. 1. 16. Again, we are told what the Military Commissions

Act does to the Rights and Freedoms of the people: “Eliminates due process. This law removes the Constitutional due process

right of habeas corpus for persons the president designates as unlawful enemy combatants. It allows

our government to continue to hold hundreds of prisoners more than four years without charges, with no end in sight.

Rejects core American values. Habeas corpus, the basic right to have a court decide

if a person is being lawfully imprisoned, is what separates America from other countries ...

Permits coerced evidence. The act permits convictions based on evidence that

was literally beaten out of a witness, or obtained through other abuse by either the federal govern-

ment or by other countries. Turns a blind eye to past abuses. Government officials who authorized or ordered illegal acts of torture and abuses would receive retroactive immunity for their crimes, providing

them with a ‘get out of jail free’ card. Makes the president his own judge and jury. Under the Military Commissions Act, the president

has the power to define what is—and what is not—torture and abuse, even though the Geneva Conven-tion already provide us with a guide.” ACLU, Fact Sheet: Military Commissions Act, p. 1.

17. That the Military Commissions Acts has caused the

USA to “speak like a dragon” in assaulting basic Rights and Freedoms can be seen from the following points here presented.

“Do away with Habeas Corpus. Prohibit ‘grave breaches’ of the Geneva Convention

such as torture, rape, biological experiments and cruel and inhuman treatment.

Empower the president with the authority to determine what exactly constitutes torture itself. Prohibits any detainee from the right to invoke the protections of the Geneva Convention or its protocols. Prohibits any person from invoking the Geneva Convention or their protocols as a source of rights in

any action in any US courts. Permit the executive to convene military commis-

sions to try “alien unlawful enemy combatants”, as determined by the executive under a dangerously

broad definition, in trials that would provoke foreign nationals so labeled with a lower standard of

justice than US citizens accused of the same crimes. This would violate the prohibition on the discrimi-natory application of fair trail rights.

Permit civilians to be tried by military commission rather than civilian courts, contradicting interna-tional standards and case law.

Permit, in violation of international law, the use of evidence extracted under cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, or as a result of “outrages upon personal dignity, particularly humiliating or degrading treatment”, as defined under international law. Permit the use of classified evidence against a defen-

dant, without the defendant being able to challenge the "sources, methods or activities” by which the

government acquired the evidence. Allow hearsay evidence. Allow coerced testimony. Give the military commissions the power to hand

down death sentences, in contravention of interna-tional standards which only permit capital punish-ment after trials affording “all possible safeguards to ensure a fair trial”.

Allow indefinite and secret detention. Prohibit US courts from using “foreign or interna-

tional law” to inform their decisions in relation to the War Crimes Act. Give the President the author-ity to subjectively interpret the meaning and

18. The next law that causes America to speak like a dragon is called the John Warner Defense Authori-zation Act of 2007. Concerning this Acts we are told:

“According to a press release from the office of senator Patrick Leahy, however, the bill takes a

‘sizable step toward weakening states’ authority over their [National] Guard units, according to the

congressional leaders who are leading the fight for Guard empowerment.’ Leahy and senator Kit Bond, a Montana Republican, ‘said the conference agree-ment is expected to include a provision making it easier for the President to declare martial law, strip-ping state governors of part of their authority over state National Guard units in domestic emergencies.” Alternative Press Review, Bush’s Martial Law Act of 2007, p. 1.

19. We are told what the John Warner Defense Authorization Acts of 2007 does. “… the John Warner Defense Authorization Acts of 2007 actually encourages the establishment of

martial law by revising the Insurrection Act, a set of laws that limits the President's ability to deploy troops within the United States. The Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C. 331) has historically, along with

the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. 1385), helped to enforce strict prohibitions on military involvement in domestic law enforcement. With one cloaked swipe of his pen, Bush is seeking to undo those

prohibitions.” Ibid, p. 1. 20. Since the protective forces in the US, the police, has

no authority to act as a military peace keeping force,

but to only prevent crime or arrest for breaches of the Law, this new Act permits the armed military forces to be used as a police force in the US, but without the restrain of the police. We are told:

“ … the President may employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to

restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States, the President determines that domestic violence has

occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of (‘refuse’ or ‘fail’ in) maintaining public order, in order to suppress, in any State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy. Ibid, p. 2. “The law also facilitates militarized police roundups

and detention of protesters, so called “illegal aliens,” “potential terrorists” and other “undesirables” for

detention in facilities already contracted for and under construction by Halliburton.” Ibid, p. 2. “This change makes it easier for the President to invoke the Act in cases beyond an insurrection-case

which were not intended under the previous purpose of the Act. With these succinct but sweeping changes, the President now does not have to contact or collaborate with any state agency in taking

control of the Guard and injecting federal military forces, to carry out patrols or make arrests. The President has to notify but not explain to Congress that he or she believes that states cannot handle the

situation.” Patrick Leahy, Issues that Matter Insurrection Act, p. 1. “Public Law 109-364, or the “John Warner Defense

Authorization Act of 2007” (H.R. 5122) (2), which was signed by the commander in chief on October 17th, 2006, in a private Oval Office ceremony, allows the President to declare a “public emergency” and station troops anywhere in America and take control of State-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities, in order to “suppress public disorder.” President Bush seized this unprecedented power on the very same day that he signed the equally odious Military Commissions Act of 2006. In a sense, the two laws compliment one another. One allows for torture and detention abroad, while the other seeks to enforce acquiescence at home preparing to order the military onto the streets of America.” Towards Freedom, p. 1.

21. The third institution that is dangerous against the

Rights and Freedoms of Americans is called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. Of this we are told: “The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North

America is a region-level dialogue with the stated purpose of providing greater cooperation on security and economic issues. The Partnership was founded in Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005 by Paul Martin, Prime Minister of Canada, Vicente Fox, President of Mexico, and George W. Bush, President of the United States.” Wikipedia, Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, p. 1.

22. Concerning the SPP we are told: “In May 2005, Pastor was co-chairman of the Coun-

cil on Foreign Relations task force that produced a report entitled “Toward a North American Commu-

nity,” which he has claimed is the blueprint behind the SPP declared by President Bush, Mexico’s then-President Vicente Fox and Canada’s then-Prime Minister Paul Martin.” Jerome R. Corsi, The New World Disorder, pp. 1-2.

“In Waco Texas, President Bush, President Fox and

Prime Minister Martin issued a joint statement announcing the creation of the “Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America” (SPP).

The creation of this new agreement was never submitted to Congress for debate and decision. Instead, the U.S. Department of Commerce merely

created a new division under the same title to imple-ment working groups to advance a North American Union working agenda in a wide range of areas,

including manufactured goods, movement of goods, energy, environment, e-commerce, financial services, business facilitation, food and agriculture, transpor-tation and health.” Jerome Corsi, Human Events, North American Union Starting to Replace USA,

p. 1. 23. The USA will lose its sovereignty and be merged

into one of the regions of the Socialistic New World Order.

“What will happen to the sovereignty of the United

States? The model is the European Community. While the United States would supposedly remain as

a country, many of our nation-state prerogatives would ultimately be superceded by the authority of a North American court and parliamentary body, just as the U.S. dollar would have to be surrendered for the “Amero,” the envisioned surviving currency of the North American Union. The CFR report left no doubt that the North American Union was intended to evolve through a series of regulatory decisions.” Ibid, p. 3.

“Again, the CFR report says nothing about reporting

to Congress or to the American people. What we have underway here with the SPP could arguably be termed a bureaucratic coup d'état …” Ibid, p. 4.

24. All these Acts and organizations came about as a response to, and in the wake of the 9/11 WTC demolitions. “Robert Pastor, a leading intellectual force in the

move to create an EU-style North American Commu-nity, told [radio] WND he believes a new 9/11 crisis could be the catalyst to merge the U.S., Mexico and Canada” Jerome R. Corsi, North American Union Leader, p. 1.

“What I’m saying is that a crisis is an event which

can force democratic governments to make difficult decisions like those that will be required to create a North American Community” he [Mr. Pastor] said. “It’s not that I want another 9/11 crisis, but having a crisis would force decisions that otherwise might not be made.” Ibid, pp. 2-3.

25. The aim of the Military Commissions Act of 2006,

the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 and the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America are all to prepare the USA to be part of a global government. Concerning the SPP we are told:

“Many SPP working groups appear to be working

towards achieving specific objectives as defined by a May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American Union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form.” Jerome R. Corsi, Bush Sneaking North American Super-State Without Oversight?, p. 3.

26. But the bold arrogance and defiance of the men who

are chipping away the Rights and Freedoms of men are clearly evident in their words. Attorney General Gonzales said the following:

“There is no express grant of Habeas Corpus in the

Constitution.” Quoted in, Daneen G. Peterson, Two ‘Acts’ of Tyranny on the Same Day!, p. 4.

27. The chief Rothchild agent in America, David

Rockefeller, the leader in the push for America to be part of the New World Order, had this to say:

“For more than a century, ideological extremists at

either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institu-tions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal

working against the best interest of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalist’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure-one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.” David Rockefeller, David Rockefeller Memoirs, p. 405.

28. The Rights and Freedoms with Natural Provinities

that are being assaulted, thus making America speak like a dragon, the devil, is as follows:

i. Religious Right. ii. Right to Life. iii. Right to Private Property. iv. Freedom of thought, opinion, belief, choice,

speech, expression, movement, etc. 29. The SPP is subverting national independence like: i. National self-determination. ii. National sovereignty. iii. Security within national borders. 30. But all of this is to ultimately attack God’s remnant

church. Revelation 12:17. 31. Thus when we see these things come to pass, we

should know that our redemption draweth near. Luke 21:25-28.

AMERICA BEGINNING TO SPEAK LIKE A DRAGON PART 2

1. The lamblike beast in this prophecy is the United States of America that arose around 1798.

Revelation 13:11. 2. We know this is so because America arises after the

wounding of the Papal beast which was in 1798. Revelation 13:1-3,12,13.

3. The lamblikeness of the US Government, when the

nation was started is its Republicanism. We are told:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in

this union a Republican Form of Government …” The Constitution of the United States and The

Declaration of Independence, p. 15. 4. Christ is the Lamb of God. John 1:29; Revelation

13:8. 5. When government is lamblike it follows the injunc-

tions of Jesus the Lamb of God in government. This means that government follows Christian principles in its operations of Government.

“Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure if we

have removed their only firm basis-a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God, that they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just-that His justice cannot sleep

forever.” Thomas Jefferson, Notes on the State of Virginia, p. 237.

6. As Benjamin Rush, one of America’s most influen-

tial Founding Fathers, and signer of the Declaration of Independence said:

“The only means of establishing and perpetuating

our republican forms of government … is the universal education of our youth in the principles of

Christianity by means of the Bible.” Benjamin Rush, Essay, Literary, Moral and Philosophical,

p. 112. “Every citizen of a republic … must watch for the

state as if its liberties depended upon his vigilance alone.” Benjamin Rush, Essays, p. 10-11.

7. Again, John Adams, one of the most distinguished

presidents of the United States, shows the lamb-likeness of the U.S. government at its inception.

“We electors have an important constitutional power

placed in our hands: we have a check upon two branches of the legislature … It becomes necessary to every [citizen] then, to be in some degree a states-man: and to examine and judge for himself … [the] political principles and measures. Let us examine them with a sober … Christian spirit.” John Adams, Papers of John Adams, Vol. 1, p. 81.

8. Such lamblike Republicanism was against enforce-

ment of any religion or denying free religious practice, there was a separation of religion and legislation.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establish-ment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof …” The Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence, p. 21.

9. Thus the lamblike principle of persuasion rather

then enforcement was the American advocacy. Romans 14:15; Acts 26:28; 2 Corinthians 5:11;

Galatians 1:10. 10. However we are told that America will speak like a

dragon. Revelation 13:11. 11. The dragon is the devil and Satan. Revelation 12:9. 12. The dragon speaks against the Rights and Freedoms

of man as is evident in his speech of temptation to Jesus Christ.

a. Assault on the Right of Private Property. Matthew 4:3. b. Assault on the Right to Life. Matthew 4:5,6. c. Assault on the Right of Religious Liberty. Matthew 4:8-10. 13. The dragon thus persecutes God’s church. Revelation 12:13. 14. America speaking like a dragon, is America turning

from Christ-like principles of government to Satanic principles that transgress the Rights and Freedoms of man. This will happen.

a. Assault on the Right of Private Property. Revelation 13:17.

b. Assault on the Right to Life. Revelation 13:15. c. Assault of the Right of Religious Liberty. Revelation 13:12. 15. Thus America will become a persecuting nation, and

encourage the world to do the same. Revelation 13:13-17.

16. We must never forget that it is God’s remnant

church that is to be the real target of this Rights assault persecution. Revelation 12:17. 17. On September 11th 2001 an alleged terrorist attack

took place in the United States of America. The following events happened. a. Two large 747 airplanes crashed into each of the

twin towers of the 112 storey World Trade Center. b. Another plane, a 747, allegedly crashed into the

Pentagon. c. A fourth 747 passenger plane crashed, because of

a terrorist hijacking, in the state of Pennsyl-vania.

d. The Solomon building, or building seven of the WTC fell, with the two burning towers of the WTC.

e. A total of almost three thousand lives were lost on that day.

18. Evidence on the events of what is now called 9/11 revealed that the whole event was a planned opera-

tion to give the impression that Islamic terrorists had really attacked the United States. Those who were a part of the cooperative plot (conspiracy) were:

a. The president of the United States, George W. Bush.

b. The vice president Dick Cheney. c. The Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld. d. Other high level members of Bush’s cabinet. e. The U.S. Military. f. The Mayor of New York, Rudy Guiliani. g. The C.I.A. and F.B.I. h. The owner of the WTC complex, Larry

Silverstein. i. Various News Cooperations. j. Various individuals, like the Pakistani chief of

military intelligence, and others. 19. This operation was called by the military term a

“False Flag Operation.” This comes from the wartime deception of a nation’s army committing

various atrocities while flying another nation’s flag to cause blame to come to the innocent nation. We are told:

“False Flag Operations: Covert operations conducted

by governments, cooperations, or other organizations which are designed to appear as though they were carried out by other entities.” Alex Jones in, Terror Storm Final Edition.

20. The whole covert cooperative plot was military and

government propaganda to influence the people to give up some of their rights and freedoms in order

to be “protected” from terrorism. The propaganda concepts used by governments and the US military

are that of the Jew, Edward Bernay, The nephew of Sigmund Freud. Mr. Bernay says:

“If we understand the mechanism and motives of the group mind, is it not possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without

their knowing about it?” Edward Bernay, Propaganda, p. 71. 21. Again he tells us: “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of organized habits and opinion of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society

constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our government. We are governed,

our minds molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of.”

Ibid, p. 71. 22. Thus the plotters of the 9/11 events called for a catastrophe like Pearl Harbor to cause the public to

want the government to act out their plots. We are told:

“Further, the process of transformation, even if it

brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event-like a new Pearl Harbor.” Rebuilding America’s Defenses.

23. Thus the staged 9/11 event was a pretext to draft and

pass legislation that would take away much of America's Rights and Freedoms.

“The whole point about 9/11 is that it gave a pretext

for a preconceived plan.” Terror Storm Final

Edition. 24. The following is the definition of a potential terror-

ist as given by the U.S. Federal government to differ-ent states in America. These are Domestic terrorists.

“*Property Rights Activists. *Religious Extremists. *Anti-government and Militia Movement. Terrorists have the following goals in mind when

committing their acts: *Create an atmosphere of anxiety amongst the public. *Undermine confidence in the government. *Influence government or social policy.” Virginia
