NIRS Test: After 1 hour from starting reinfusion O2Hb increase in the frontal lobes, despite the constancy of carotid flow: a clear sign of increased

microvascular perfusion and increased reactivity of hemoglobin

Thear is an increase of cerebral oxygenation for a long period , maximum from 20 minutes to 1,5 h after re-infusione .

Specific study of MS

Complete analysis in time-frequency of NIRS segnals among 4 MS R-R and 5 heathy patients. Variation quantifier in time and frequency of cytocrome-c-oxidase concentration.Analysis by Principal Component Analysis program

Changes of CYT-c-oxidase

• Less concentration of CYT-c among MS patients, caused by damages of

mythocondrions• MS patients have cronich oxidative stress• Ozonotherapy has anti-oxidant effect antixidant enzymes increase• Ozonoterapy may reduce oxidaditve stress in MS
