In cases where a AMTC customer questions the recorded parentage of a dog or litter. In such case, the customer must submit a complaint in writing to the AMTC requesting DNA testing. Customer Complaint Instructions: Please submit deposit of $300.00 made payable to the American Morkshire Terrier Club (AMTC). If the allegation is sustained the deposit is returned. If the allegation is not sustained, the deposit is forfeited and becomes the property of the American Morkshire Terrier Club. In your allegation please provide the following information:
