A light-green color with serrated leaves, it has a very prolific branching habit. Mild and tasty when young, it adds a nice flavor to salads and becomes only mildly mustardy when mature. Organic seeds are available. Featuring a high percentage of single centers, Centerstone is a long day, early- to mid- season, yellow Spanish-type cross. It produces excellent bulb size for high yields. This hybrid onion is slow bolting and is best for fresh and export markets. It stores well under favorable conditions. Celebrate is a "Cheers" type cabbage with a slightly more compact plant. It features an attractive blue-green head with good wrapping leaves. With the potential to produce large heads, it is uniform and highly resistant to yellows and has intermediate resistant to black rot. Celebrate has wide adaptability. Green Festa Milestone Paraiso Hybrid broccoli Paraiso is good for bunch- ing, crown cut, and florets. It is well suited for processing for florets and matures 75 days after transplanting (95 to 98 days after direct sowing). The plant has a good upright habit, and produces heads with a good dome and fine, dark-green beads. It also has excellent post harvest shelf life. Milestone is an early maturing (105 to 110 days), long-day variety. It is a large, hard, yellow Spanish-type onion with a high percentage of single centers. Having a uniform shape with nice brown skin color and thin necks, Milestone is ideal for fresh, processing, and export markets. Green Festa has high yield potential and medium maturity, in addition to a continuous fruit setting. Peppers weigh approximately 1.5 ounces (40 to 45 grams), mature from green to red, have thick walls, and high pungency. This hybrid jalapeño pepper also has a high resistance to bacterial spot races 1, 2, and 3. J-7 Spring Crisp Trekker Trekker is an early to mid season maturing, long-day, storage-type variety. Very uniform, its extra firm bulbs are globe shaped with dark skin that has an attractive sheen. Slow to bolt, this hybrid onion will store until May under optimum conditions. With a strong resistance to basal rot and neck rot, Trekker is perfect for fresh and storage markets. This Napa-type cabbage is very early maturing (just 63 days after sowing), and is also slow to bolt so it holds well in the field. Best suited for harvesting in the spring or summer, this hybrid chinese cabbage has intermediate resistance to clubroot. Jalapeño pepper J-7 is large and firm, uniformly dark green with beautiful smooth skin and a thick wall. This early variety has an outstanding fruit set resulting in high yields. Celebrate Centerstone Early Mizuna
