Processing all outgoing payment instructions such as outward telegraphic transfer (OTT)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Routing of several payments are done through valid swift messages and fed wires, sort

code, BSB code formatting.

Forex related currency payments are booked using spot rate or board rate and valid deal

no. in the transaction process system.

Booked Contract related payments are separately utilized with the help of financial

market operation team.

Processing single currency conversions and dual currency conversions are processed

based on particular currency levels and for individual staff customer of the bank.

Exception handling of queries related payment instructions which are approved by

Relationship manager.

Preparing monthly, Weekly, Daily consolidated reports for productivity and for

correspondence bank creation, updation and deletion done in the transaction process

system and sent to various levels of managements.

Correspondent bank updation is done based on valid RMA arrangement with the other

banks.

Handling straight through processing (STS) payments which falls on repair queue.

Processing (EOD) end of the day reconciliation for OLT transactions.

Processing jobs which come on escalation and currency cut-off levels.
