1. Create a lead or contact in (or come into existing one).

2. Click to Mail -> Send Mail.

3. Fill in the subject, e-mail and message body in a pop-up window. E-mail will be automatically inserted from the contact card, and topic from the lead name. If there are more than one contact in the card, the main contact marked by an asterisk will be inserted.

4. E-mail Widget supports text formatting in the message body (visual editor). To

enable this option, perform the steps of Drupal site manual how to use HTML in

letters. If you do not need special formatting of letters, this setting item can be

dropped.
