You will need:
Raspberries (125 g) Cream (60cl) Strawberries (500 g)
Meringue (150 g) Icing sugar (2 tablespoons) Sugar (2 tablespoons)
Wash the strawberries and the raspberries.
Dice the strawberries
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar on the diced fruit, mix and reserve the time to prepare the rest
Crush the meringue into pieces
Whisk the cream. When it starts to rise, add the icing sugar and finish to beat until the cream is whipped.
You can also use a siphon to do the whipped cream
