Why the AIS RTO has developed the teacher database
Retrieve teacher records in one location
Assist in managing teaching training requirements
Record electronically all Professional Development
Record teacher delivery each year
Overall it will be time saving and more efficient

Identified Issues
Imported units from different training packages
Teachers holding higher qualifications which needs to be mapped to the lower qualification
Some teachers unable to upload their transcripts
Teachers uploading enrolment forms
Teachers uploading uncertified transcripts
Teachers not stating their qualifications
Teachers who are not VET teachers are uploading qualifications

Verifying all teachers qualifications
Teachers are receiving emails stating:
Qualifications approved
Upload certified transcripts
Download uncertified transcripts and upload certified transcripts
Answering all help requests

Upload transcripts can be certified by either School Principal or JP
SIT20312 Certificate II in Kitchen Operations 2013

Issues with Uploading Documents
Some computers will not allow teachers to upload documents.
This has been noted by the AIS IT department and recommends the following:
Check the settings on the computer (firewall)
Try another computer
Inform your school IT department of the issue
