• CHA have collected dashboard data since 2007

• The purpose of the indicators is:

- to help hospitals measure their efficiency or effectiveness

- allow comparisons of performance between member hospitals.

• CHA currently collect data for:

- 25 Quarterly Indicators- 30 Annual Indicators
