AFL CHAMPIONS

Purpose: To lead school AFL implementation during PLC Early Release days and throughout the year as needed

AFL CHAMPION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend Summer AFL Academy

• Plan and facilitate AFL Kickoff on District PD Day

• Plan and facilitate 5 Early Release Days

• Meet regularly with principal

• Manage PLC document storage

Purpose: To support AFL implementation by improving the alignment of curriculum, instruction and assessment

ASSESSMENT DEVELOPMENT

CIA2 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend Assessment Review Sessions (or send an alternate)

• Share follow-up form during PLCs

• CONSTANTLY refer to follow-up form to improve alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment

• Serve as contact person for CIA updates
