Metalworking course is conducted in two semesters (5th and 6th semesters).

The metalworking courses are taught to the students who has previously succeeded material science and vocational machine drafting courses.

After successing the course, the students can;

- Understand the importance of metal materials in the industry together with the physical and technological features- Get used to working in the frame of safety working regulations and comprehend its importance, -Define and know the mechanical and chemical compositions of the composite materials - Use the related hand tools and machinery effectively for shaping the materials.

Final exam: 60 % of the average grade (an exam regarding the application competencies of the students is done before the final exam and the results are reflected to the final exam grades)
