consolidated international experience in Turnkey projects for

Interior fit out.

2 SQUARE has developed its activities in Europe, Russia, Middle

East U.S.A. and south America and caters for all major Turnkey

projects including hotels, offices, residences, shops and the

education sector.

2 SQUARE’s in-house team of designers and architects are able

to implement concepts of any level of difficulty to match today’s

market needs.

An extensive production capacity for both classic and modern

design, the latest technology in machinery and a rigorous

quality control system ensures high standards and at the same

time capability to complete the project in the shortest time.

Design and Products

2 SQUARE, with its team of architects, can provide

design and support to customers to find the best

solutions for the interior fit-out of a project.

At the same time through its production facilities, it

can directly supply furniture and interior decorations to

customers.

High quality and “Made in Italy” production assure high

standards for any solution.

Contract

2 SQUARE is specialized in Turnkey contracts, starting

from the design up to the maintenance of the works.

A team of experienced designers, project managers

and site supervisors assures the successful completion

of a project, starting from the design phase up to the

final installation of internal fittings. After completion

2 SQUARE can provide also periodic maintenance

services to maintain a high standard.

Contract: Design teamThe design team consist of ten experienced designers and

architects who can develop solutions in both 2D and 3D.

During the development of the design, renderings are also

prepared to present the design concept and solutions adopted by

the designers and give the Client a clear picture of what the final

result will be.

The primary software used in the designs are AutoCAD and

ArchiCAD .

The designers are based in Italy but for every project a local

Design Manager is appointed who is constantly present on the

site to manage the project and to liaise with the Client to address

the technical aspects of the project.

Depending on the size of the project, local designers are also

appointed.

Production2 SQUARE has two production facilities which are located

in Italy. The one specializes in classic furniture and solid

wood furniture all “Made in Italy”. Modern machinery and

experienced workers assure high quality craftsmanship

in all kinds of luxury finishes.

The second facility specializes in a wide range of

modern furniture. Various materials can be used to

accommodate commercial requirements within budget

without sacrificing the “Italian” design and quality. If

required custom made products and solutions can be

accommodated.

Contract:Project Manager2 SQUARE has its own team of Project Managers with

international experience in the field.

The Project Managers are appointed to the project

immediately after award of the contract. The Commercial

Manager will hand over all documentation after the

contract is signed and thereafter all activities are under

the Project Manager’s responsibility. Programming of

activities is arranged according to the Client’s schedule.

The Project Manager is the direct interface between the

Client and Architect and takes the overall responsibility

of the project. Project Managers relocate to the

country location of the project and remain there untill

completion. For major projects, if required, a site

supervisor is also appointed.
