21 permits issued in 2011.All permits to drill for oil.

2011 – 1,613,982 bbls Harding County (Red River Formation) – 1,588,632 bbls
Fall River/Custer County (Minnelusa Formation) – 25,350 bbls
2012 – 453,985 bbls (through March)
2011 – 98 producing gas wells
2011 – 932,541 MCF
2012- 187,524 MCF (through March)
All production from the Eagle/Shannon sandstone
Fall 2011 auction – Bedrock Oil & Gas leased the mineral rights to approximately 65,320 acres of School and Public Lands.
Spring 2012 auction – Bedrock Oil & Gas (ROC Oil & Gas Land Management) leased the mineral rights to an additional 74,650 acres.
