The Hot Rods official season attendance of 237,070 was an all-time record. With the addition of the playoff game, total attendance for Hot Rods Baseball in 2011 was nearly 240,000!
Average 2011 attendance was 3,538 fans per game.
Thirteen (13) sellouts in 2011.
Bowling Green Ballpark hosted over 20 additional events including WKU Baseball games, local and high school baseball games, Orchestra Kentucky, charity concerts, LifeSkills Run for Autism, BGWCHS Adopt-a-thon, an Easter Egg Hunt and more: bringing 2011 ballpark attendance to approximately 260,000 fans.
Hot Rods - In the CommunityIn 2011 alone, the Hot Rods staff and players participated in close to 500 community eventsand contributed over 1,000 volunteer hours to community causes.
Since January 1, 2009, the Hot Rods have donated over $300,000 worth of goods, services, and mone-tary donations to organizations and causes in Bowling Green and surrounding communities.

Signage at the Ballpark
Video Board Signage
Signage at Bowling Green Ballpark provides yourorganization with high visibility at every stadium event and allows your message to connect with ballpark guests. Your signage is on display for nearly three hours at each Hot Rods game as well as the many extra events hosted at the ballpark.
Bowling Green Ballpark offers signage opportunitiesbased on your marketing needs and budget. Signage opportunities exist on the scoreboard, outfield wall, stadium baselines and many other areas throughout the ballpark.
Creative, exclusive and even interactive signage opportunities exist from the foul poles to the line-up and standings boards.
The Hot Rods can create signage to best help promoteyour product and brand message.
One of the signature features of the ballpark is a 6’ x 68’ LED message board on the left field wall. The board draws constant attention throughout games with out-of-town scores, trivia, stat leaders, birthday wishes, and much more. Your company message will stand out and you’ll have the flexibility to change your messagethroughout the season.
The board can be purchased as a single LED (6’ x 17’),double LED (6’ x 34’), or as a Home Run LED (6’ x 68’) or even used to sponsor special features such as stolen bases and strikeouts.
The video board at Bowling Green Ballpark features a 16’ x 32’ video screen with the latest state-of-the-art technology, bringing Hot Rods fans the sharpest pictureimaginable.
The video board presents feature opportunities for companies such as logos on player headshots, video board commercials, instant replay and more.

Giveaways & PromotionsConnect with customers by sponsoring a fireworks showor promotional giveaway like Hot Rods T-shirts, base-balls, or bobbleheads. These promotions always attract the largest crowds of the season! These high quality giveaway items are given to 1,000 fans and feature your logo and the Hot Rods logo.
Promotions are advertised through print and broadcast media, pocket schedules, team publications, press releases, the team’s website and e-mail newsletter, video board graphics, radio broadcasts, and in-stadium public address announcements at games prior to your event.
On its game day, your company will receive:• Opportunity to display your banners at stadium entrances• Three (3) public address announcements during the event• Pre-game recognition or a ceremonial first pitch opportunity• 25 tickets to the event for your customers and employees • Opportunity to purchase extra tickets at a special rate• Concourse table and/or sampling opportunities
In-Game EntertainmentThe Hot Rods Entertainment Experience keeps the fans laughing and smiling all game long. Each game there is sure to be something different and unique. In addition to fan favorites such as Sumo Wrestling, Race-the-Mascot, Build-a-Burger, and the T-shirt Toss, your com-pany can be incorporated into the action with a custom-designed, in-game promotion. The action will be shown live on the video board with your company logo on display during the event while a public addressannouncement delivers your message.

Publications & SchedulesGame Day MagazineThe Hot Rods Turbo Times Game Day Magazine is a cost effective way to reach potential customers and show your support for the hometown team. Fans can pick up a free magazine at every home game as they enter the ballpark. You can select from a variety of ad sizes and reach fans at every game. There is an initial press run of35,000 copies.
SchedulesHot Rods Pocket Schedules are distributed throughout South Central Kentucky from April to August. Our Street Team disseminates schedules to retails stores, banks, convenience stores, restaurants and our partners in the business community, and more. Your ad has far reaching recognition with over 200,000 pocket schedulesdistributed throughout Bowling Green and the South Central Kentucky region.
NEW FOR 2012! Game Day Coupon BookletThroughout the 2012 season Hot Rods staff members will be passing out the 2012 Hot Rods Coupon Booklet at all Hot Rods events. Your company will have the opportunity to provide a special offer to Hot Rods fans within the booklet. The coupon booklet will have a press run of 40,000 copies and is a great way for your company to drive traffic to your store locations.
