Dear Mr. Van Ranst,

As we discussed earlier, the Flexpoint Group is exited about the energy project. That is the reason

that we are willing to cooperate with CENURBE on the development of new ENERGY Services Jobs.

It is our intention to create 2 Interim agencies (Pilot Projects in Liege/Belgium and in

Limburg/Netherlands provinces). In Liège we are also able to introduce our Titres-Services activities

in to this pilot.

With the realization of those 2 pilot agencies, we will be able to given responses on actual BENEX

Energy Transition challenge (as define in article IV of Walloon Plan Marshall 4.0) : Energy Efficiency

combined with Renewable Energy (EE&CP) new jobs in close cooperation with FOREM,

TECHNOCAMPUS, TECHNIFUTUR and ULG MONTEFIORE Organisations/Experts.

This Belgium-Netherlands EE&CP new jobs cooperation initiative will be coordinate by Mr Alain Van

Ranst President of CENURBE Center & his Partners.

In Liège, Trace will execute the activities. In the Netherlands it will be Flexpoint.
