NFHS HELP DESKANKER CONSULTING

HELP DESK COST

In 2008, the NFHS paid the American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis $500 per month to handle all help desk tickets.

Currently, the cost to Anker Consulting is: $10,000 per month for 9 months of the year $13,000 per month for high volume months -- June,

July, August

NFHS Invoices the user

CHARGEBACKS

Also called “friendly fraud” Internet purchases are particularly vulnerable to

chargebacks. The user receives goods but files a chargeback with

credit card company to receive refund. NFHS disputes all chargebacks where claimant has

received courses. Last resort is to remove course(s).

NFHS COACHES AWARDS

NFHS recognizes coaches in top 10 boys and girls sports, Spirit, and one “Other” category.

State, sectional and national coaches recognized. Online database entry for submissions NFHS Coaches Association Advisory Committee In 2015, the NFHS recognized over 500 coaches at

different levels.
