Project Need
• Safe, efficient, and reliable access to the waterfront for police, fire and EMS responders
• Create a continuous pedestrian walkway along the waterfront
• Help pedestrians, bicyclists and emergency responders avoid level conflicts with BNSF rail lines
• Emergency ferry off-loading during extended track shutdowns
