Derry Dean Sparlin, Sr. was scammed by some land sharks, lost $1,000,000. These same scammers have caused a lot of trouble for me too. I'm being sued for $500,000 related to one of Figueroa & Utsch's real estate deals involving some of the same properties named herein this Complaint, it's called "Corona" or "Corona Acres" and is also formerly known as "New Tucson" and now, "Sycamore Vista", where I own 50-vacant lots.
