• Biscuits & cookies provided to customers should be with absolutely ZERO Foreign Body Contamination• Cashew bits at the time of usage should not cross acidity value of 1.5%• Cashews & in turn cookies should be safe for consumption.

How cashew as food can be made SAFE

CASHEW FUMIGATIONCASHEW FUMIGATION• Complete Fumigation cycle of 7 days needs to be strictly followed• Only allowed fumigants like ALP should be used.

ROASTING OF CASHEW BITS• Cashew bits need to be roasted at desired temperature• This will kill eggs present inside cashew and in turn avoid larvae formationgg p

DESTONERS & ASPIRATORS• Destoners will help in removal of stones• Aspirators will help in removal of light particles like Hair, threads etc.

COLOUR SORTEX & LASER SORTEX• Colour sortex will help in removal of off coloured cashews & Foreign Body contaminants• Only clean cashews will be taken out and will be provided for further processing
