Sustain the manpower build-up of the Ready Reserve Force.

Conduct continuous mustering/accounting of the reservists nationwide, both Officer and EP.

Enhance the administrative and operational capabilities of the different Ready Reserve Units of the Command.

Conduct organizational and maintenance training through annual formal and informal assembly tests to ensure readiness while utilized by the AFP for contingency operations.

Conduct training to students of Basic, Advance ROTC, POTC, ACP, and other specialized trainings.

Provide assistance in the relief and rescue operations during disasters and calamities; and

Assist in the operations and maintenance of essential government and public utilities in the furtherance of the overall mission accomplishment.
