1.Walk 10 to 30 minutes every day. And smile while you walk!

2. Sit in silence for 10 minutes every day.

Lock yourself in if necessary.

3. Listen to good music every day: it is true food for the spirit.

4. When you wake up in the morning,

make a goal for the day and make it

happen.

5. Live with the 3 Es: Energy Enthusiasm and Empathy.

6. Play more games than last year.

7. Read more books than last

year.

8. Look at the sky each day

and embrace its magnificance.

9. Dream more while you are awake!

10. Eat more natural foods than processed

ones.

11. Eat berries and nuts and drink

green tea, lots of water, and a glass of wine each day.

12. Try each day to make at least three people smile.

13. Eliminate disorder

and regret in your life; feel new energy

flow into your life.

14. Don’t waste your precious time regretting

the past or worrying about things beyond your control.

Rather convert your energy into positive thoughts

for today and tomorrow.

15. Life is a school; you are here to learn. Solving problems makes us stronger and more confident.

16. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and

dinner like a beggar.

17. Smile and laugh more than

yesterday.

18. Don’t miss any

opportunity to hug people

you love and respect.

19. Life is too short to waste time

hating anyone.

20. Don’t take yourself too seriously – no one else

does!

21. You don’t have to win every argument. Sometimes it is okay to agree to disagree.

22. Make peace with your past so its old baggage does not ruin your present.

38. After a stressful day, watch a sitcom!

39. Play the cards you are dealt.

40. Life is beautiful – enjoy it while you can!
