Assignment: Creating an ORCID

• Who has an ORCID ?– No: Register to www.orcid.org– Yes: Login to www.orcid.org

• Finished?– Yes: Write down your ORCID on a piece of

paper, and on your business card• hand the business card to us• you’ll need the piece of paper for later• Optional: place your ORCID in your e-mail signature

Assignment: Linking Data• Add a dataset to your work• Use the linking with a DOI method• Use your own dataset with a DOI• If you have no dataset with a DOI, or

you have time left: – use a dataset from http://data.3TU.nl (You

can always remove it from your profile)
