Make sure you have your sports kit ready to run a marathon. Check for availability of shoes, running kit, socks, visorcap etc.

4. KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED

Drink more and more water to keep your body hydrated. Drink water when you wake up, with each meal and snack, and one hour before bed.

5. STICK TO A STRICT DIET PLAN

Runners require a high energy diet – high in protein, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates.
