Watch Sugar Intake!
Avoid alcoholic drinks or
anything with large amounts of
sugar. Both have dehydrating
effects!
Hydrate!
People tend to forget! Drink small
amounts of water more
frequently. 8 glasses of water each
day (half a gallon of water).
Acclimate!
Get used to the heat. Take time to slowly
adapt to warmer temperatures. Consider
adjusting outdoor activities to the earlier
or later part of the day (when it’s cooler)!
Eat Smaller Meals!
