What Are the Signs and Symptoms of a Heart Attack? Chest discomfort.

involves discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts for more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back.

can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain.

can sometimes feel like indigestion or heartburn.

Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. pain, discomfort, or numbness in one or both arms, the back,

neck, jaw, or stomach.

Shortness of breath. Often comes along with chest discomfort. Can also occur before chest discomfort.

Other symptoms. breaking out in a cold sweat having nausea and vomiting feeling light-headed or dizzy.
